Ace Patio Covers has built thousands of custom patio covers through out the Las Vegas valley, and boasts a spot-free record with the Nevada State Contractors Board and the Better Business Bureau.
In addition, we work very closely with our manufacturer to consistently update our products and engineering to provide our customers with the best patio covers possible.

1. Pioneered steel reinforced cover design, including our world famous custom contoured designs.

3. Single post 12 gauge steel patio cover designs, providing the most shade and great looks on only one (1) post.
4. The need for large spans over pools, and for view lots, lead us to create the Dual 12 and 14 gauge steel beam engineering. We can now clear span up to 40’ with our latest versions.
5. Use of foundation set, structural steel posts with rebar for more strength, higher wind load ratings and sheer loads.
6. Dual steel engineering lead to our innovative Lattice Tree (TM) engineering, which allows construction of large two (2) post freestanding structures up to 800 sq. ft.
7. Multiple layer steel reinforced designs allow 1000+ square foot covers with only two (2) or three (3) posts.
8. Added solid insulated systems to the Alumawood engineering as panel option.
9. Now added 2 and 2.5” panel options to the latest engineering.

PLEASE NOTE: Seriously inquiries only. We do not provide quotations over the phone. This Project Request Form is the information needed to move forward with ALL new patio covers. We have a $15k minimum on patio covers. If your patio meets are MINIMUM requirements, there is a $2-3k deposit (depending on the size of the project) due for the design work when we come out to survey and measure. Answering these questions thoroughly will help to eliminate costly delays in consideration, design and construction. Including the HOA Setbacks is a critical detail that is required prior to design considerations as it can drastically change a patio cover. Also if you're building a POOL at the same time, it is imperative to include the patio cover desgins prior to digging the pool as it can limit placement of posts due to county code requirements.
